    1. Product Introduction
This machine is designed to manufacture square bottom paper bags with handles from paper roll, paper patch roll and paper rope, and it is an ideal equipment for producing paper handbags fast. By implementing steps including flexo printing, handle making, handle application, tube forming, tube cutting and bottom forming within a fully automatic process, this machine can effectively save labor costs. The equipped photoelectric detector can correct cutting length, so as to ensure cutting precision. SIEMENS PLC system ensures that the machine can perform quickly and stably, as well as reduce adjusting time for different bag sizes. Special bags collection platform and counting function, improve packing efficiency of paper bags packing. Thanks to perfect technologies and fast production speed, this machine can produce paper handbags with high quality in many different forms, which are especially suitable for food and clothing industries.

    1. Unwinding Section
  1. Separate single-station unwinding roll stand with hydraulic lifting device.
  2. Air shaft for paper reel loading, equipped with air gun.
  3. Magnetic powder brake for unwinding and automatically constant tension controller for unwinding tension control.                                   
  4. EPC web guide control system for material alignment.
  5. Automatic Stop Function: the machine stops automatically when materials are broken.
  6. Automatic Replacement Alarm Function: the alarm will be triggered automatically to inform the operator for replacement when material reel diameter becomes too small.
    1. 4-color Printing Section
  1. Space is saved because of stack-style.                  
  2. Rubber cylinder transfers ink onto paper; when the machine stops, independent motor drives, the cylinder to continue rotating to avoid ink drying.
  3. Ceramic anilox roller for ink transferring (LPI can be customized).
  4. When the machine stops, anilox rollers and printing cylinders are disengaged automatically.
  5. Equipped with one set of printing cylinders (printing length can be customized).
  6. Color Registration Mode:Manual.
  7. The pressure between printing cylinder and base cylinder, as well as the pressure between anilox roller and printing cylinder can be adjusted by hands. It is possible to adjust on both sides at the same time or on one side.

  1. Two unwinding rollstands for up/down paper strips are controlled separately by EPC control systems.

  3. Hot melt glue device with 2 glue pipes for forming 2 flat ropes separately and 1 glue pipe for pasting paper ropes onto up/down paper strips.
  4. Perforating paper strip after pasting ensures the accuracy of conveying and cutting bag handles.

    1. Handle Application Section
  1. Adopt floating compensation device for conveying handles, to avoid accumulated errors of paper handle length.
  2. This section is driven by servo motors, to precisely ensure the synchronization between it and other sections.
  3. The cutting and gluing of paper handles are controlled by servo motors, as synchronous as the tub cutting of the main machine.
  4. Contact rollers transfer pattern is adopted in gluing paper handles.
  5. Vacuum suction pattern is adopted in transferring handles onto conveyer belt.
  6. Handles are compressed onto the paper web with a series of pneumatic rollers, to ensure the pasting strength.
    1. Tube Forming Section
  1. Adjustable forming mould is applied to avoid changing mould for different sizes (side sealing is above the forming mould).
  2. Automatic cold glue spray device is adopted for side glue application.
  3. Adjustable multi-discs for side tucking, which reduces the resistance of tube forming efficiently.                           
  4. The positions of pressing wheels can be adjusted.

    1. Bottom Forming Section
  1. The whole machine is mainly controlled by inverter-fed motor.
  2. Materials feeding is managed by Independent Servo Draw Roll Drive System.
  3. Automatic photocell correction system is used for running materials.
  4. Rotary serrated cutter with elliptical gears.
  5. Adjustable bottom creasing device is used to adjust the bag bottom size.
  6. Bottom opening cylinder with split cam is adopted for the stretch length adjustment of bottom opening.
  7. Multi-layers bottom forming drum, center grippers, second tuck clamps, and drum grippers are adjustable for ease of changeover.
  8. Automatic Disengaging Function: bottom gluing is prevented for empty feeding to avoid contamination to the surface of the drum.  
  9. The clutch function in bottom gluing part is managed by pneumatic control.
    1. Bag Collection Section
  1. Paper bags are delivered by belt, and collected at vertical workbench, which is easy for operations.
  2. Bag collection drving wheels are driven by separate motor.
  3. Bag shaping stucture consists of pressing rubber rollers.  
  4. Separate servo motor controls the transverse delivery of finished products, and is able to adjust the bag releasing distance, which is convenient for counting.

  1. The whole machine is centrally controlled by Original German SIEMENS PLC system, which has self-diagnosis function and monitors the machine status.
  2. Touch screen is adopted for input control and machine status display.
  3. The bag tube length is controlled by SIEMENS servo motor.

  5. The whole machine is mainly controlled by inverter-fed motor.
