Remarks:

1. Frequency inverter is Delta Taiwan brand, Jiangmen Motor, HUB controller and relay, Taiwan Shihlin contactor and Circuit breaker
2. Screw and barrel material are 38CrMoAlA excellent nitrogen zed steel and nitrogen zed treatment. Nitrogen zed hardness: screw≥740HV; barrel≥940HV. Nitrogen zed depth: screw 0.4~0.6mm, barrel: 0.6~0.7mm. Brittleness of screw and barrel are both 2 grades.
3. Gearbox material is alloy steel; the contact surface of up-down is finely polished. Gear material 40Cr, normalizing, quenched tempering, quenching heat treatment.
4. Guarantee/warrantee clause and after service: free for 1 year except the user's improper operation. Except the easy- worn spare parts, the following spare parts are free in guarantee: screw, barrel, gearbox, motor, frequency inverter, temperature controller, alternating contactor.
5. The seller sends the technician to customer's factory for installation and after-sales service, the buyer is responsible for arranging the technician's boarding and lodging. And the round-trip ticket will be on buyer side.and 40USD/day
