LTYPU-RY2-500 type low pressure injection machine is developed by LOYALTY company based on absorbing advanced techniques at home and abroad, which is widely employed in the production of imitation wood furniture, high resilience PU foam, slow rebound foam, household appliances(refrigerator, freezer,water heater ), thermal insulated building materials, automobile interiors and so on.The machine owns many advantages, such as high repeat injection precision, even mixing, stable performance, easy operation, high production efficiency, etc. 

1. Equipment Main Technical Characteristics:
★ High precision metering pump, accurate metering, random error within ± 0.5%;  
★ Material flow rate and pressure adjusted by converter motor with variable frequency regulation, high accuracy, simple and rapid ration adjusting;
★ High-performance mixed device, accurately synchronous materials output, even mixture. New leakproof structure, cold water cycle interface reserved to ensure no blockage during long downtime.
★ Adopting three layer storage tank, stainless steel liner, sandwich type heating, outer wrapped with insulation layer, temperature adjustable, safe and energy saving;
★ Can adding material sample test system, which can be switched freely without affecting normal production, saves time and material.
★ Adopting PLC and touch screen man-machine interface to control the injection, automatic cleaning and air flush, stable performance, high operability, automatically distinguish,diagnose and alarm abnormal situation, display abnormal factors.
★ Additional functions optional: full automatic material feeding, high viscosity filling pump, material consume alarm, mixing head water flush, etc.
